Small Business Administration
The SBA guarantees loans made by participating banks to qualified businesses; it does not issue loans. Both bank and SBA requirements must be met. Applicants need a well researched and written business plan, proof of positive cash flow and collateral before approaching a lender. For information, contact your banker. The Boise SBA office can be contacted at (208) 334-9004, extension 333; the Spokane office at (509) 353-2809, or visit the Loans section of the SBA’s website.
